1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit cognigrow.online (the "Site") or submit a request through our contact form. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

We do not collect any other personal data. The Site uses no analytics or tracking tools and sets no tracking cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How form submissions are delivered

Form submissions are transmitted via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-relay service, which forwards the data to our email inbox. FormSubmit acts as a processor for the purpose of delivery and does not use your data for its own purposes.

4. Other service providers

• Fly.io, Inc. — hosting of the Site (servers in the EU; the provider is US-based and processes limited technical data such as IP addresses).
• Google Fonts — the Site loads fonts from Google servers; your IP address is transmitted to Google when fonts are fetched.

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. Retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we enter into a contract with you (in which case data is kept for the duration of the relationship and any statutory retention periods). Server logs are kept for a short rolling period.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
