First signal within 2–4 weeks of launch (week 6–8 of the engagement): cost per qualified lead trending down, reply rates trending up. Meaningful pipeline impact typically lands in month 3–4. Anyone promising SQLs in week one is lying to you — and we'd rather lose the deal than do that.
Three things. We're accountable to pipeline and CAC, not deliverables. Everything is connected — paid, outbound, SEO and automation run as one system, not four silos with four reports. And senior people only: the person in your Slack channel is the person doing the work.
